Marissa Truong has had a wealth of experience in multiple industries. From Hospitality to Finance to Pharmaceuticals, it wasn’t until she found her real passion in Real Estate in 2003 that she found her niche. Marissa is a Real Estate Coach/Mentor/Sales Professional, an Investor and an entrepreneur. Leveraging her passions has helped her build successful real estate sales brokerages, house flipping, real estate investments, residential rental businesses. Marissa has trained hundreds of real estate professionals, enabling agents’ systems and tools to realize their own successes.

An early adopter of AirBnb, HomeAway, VRBO, eXp Realty, Marissa and her Team continue to add to their short and long term rental portfolio, service her real estate clients’ and investor’s by helping them continue to build upon their real estate holdings.

A graduate of University of Massachusetts, Amherst, she resides in Boston and Southborough with her husband.

She is the team leader and owner of the Lisa Sells Cape Cod Team brokered eXp Realty, LLC and an eXp ICON agent. Lisa is a long-time resident of Cape Cod, currently living in Mashpee with her husband and sweet lab Joy. She is also a new grandma to Eloise Anne, 1st mate on Sails Call, and a big Pats fan!

 Getting licensed at just 18 years old, Adam Walorz has quickly hit the ground running in the Massachusetts Real Estate market. In just under a year, Adam has made a name for himself with a sales volume of nearly $6,000,000 in self generated leads - with nearly $3,000,000 in pending and active listings. Adam is a social media marketing expert, leveraging unique and innovative marketing strategies and on top of all the latest trends and technology. Now 19, Adam is scaling his business and is helping agents do the same.

 Calvin Law is a Broker Associate with 19 years of experience in real estate. His unique background, having worked as an architectural designer, included renovations and restorations of single and multifamily dwellings, and managed over sixty condo units and apartments as a former certified property manager. Calvin was the principal and owner of a professional property management firm in Quincy. Additionally, he is a co-producer and host of the real estate TV show, Real Estate Focus at BCAM in Braintree. He is a co-producer and host of a cooking show, Cooking Trend, at BCAM with his wife, a sous chef. He is a real estate presenter with MAHA, ACDC, and Braintree Continued Education. Calvin is also a certified mentor at eXp Realty. Humble and excited to be an advocate to guide his clients in major areas of concentration in both residential and investment real estate opportunities. Calvin loves to spend time with his two wonderful teenage boys and lovely wife.

Owned my own real estate and mortgage brokerage for 9 years! Developed a MILLION dollar per year BLUEPRINT for agents to generate listings using a REVOLUTIONARY online real estate exchange. I have built a 1,100+ agent Real Estate and Mortgage Group in 38 states to help agents build their personal net worth by focusing on listings, building buyer teams to handle the enormous amount of buyer leads they generate and create referral fee payments in excess of 100 every month.

My goal is to help 1,000 agents and Loan Officers become multi-millionaires in the next 24 months!
