Marissa Truong has had a wealth of experience in multiple industries. Aaron is a real estate professional, a builder, and an entrepreneur. Whether he's working for his clients, pursuing the next flip or trying to find a new development opportunity, Aaron spends his days scouring the market and talking to his network to unearth new prospects. With 15 years experience as a builder and 10 years in the real estate world, Aaron has developed the skills, relationships and systems to generate a consistent, repeatable deal flow for himself and his clients.
I am passionate about Real Estate and helping others learn the importance of home ownership. My goal is to help educate as many people as possible about how they can become a homeowner and investor, there is no reason you cannot achieve generational wealth. As a mother of 5 I want to encourage everyone by example, I went from sleeping in a car, to staying in a shelter with my children to obtaining government assistance (section 8) to learning the importance of credit. I then took what I learned and repaired both my fiancé and my credit, at this time we were living in a bad area, so we pushed ourselves to become homeowners. There was nothing better than the day I was able to turn in my section 8 in exchange for an investment property, the rental income helps pay for more than 70% of my mortgage and now because of myself being able to do this I am a Realtor. So, if I can do this as a mother of 5, I want to encourage others to do the same and what better way then becoming a realtor.
My team and I shifted to eXp because after more than a decade with a traditional old school brokerage, we wanted to transition into a modern state of the art firm equipped with more tools and better technologies to grow our business.
